Shipping

All standard shipping costs are complimentary. 

Your Keepsake Preparation Kit will arrive with 10 days of purchase, and include instructions and a return label. To ship your kit back, use the label included in the kit and visit a UPS drop off location or schedule a pick up.

Your completed piece will arrive within 6 weeks of returning the Keepsake Preparation Kit. The shipment will be fully insured during transit, and will require a signature at delivery. Should something happen to your final shipment, we will work with you and the shipping company to make it right.

If you purchase a ring, we can begin production as soon as we receive your ring size. Already know your ring size? You can provide your size by sending us a message or letting your specialist know after purchase.

Production and shipping can be expedited for an additional fee. Contact us with questions, or to request an expedited order.

Returns

We promise to create the most beautiful, elegant, and meaningful piece of memorial jewelry that you can imagine. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you until you are.

Given the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or refunds. Our production process includes quality control at all stages to ensure the beauty and life of your jewelry. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective in any way, we will send a label to ship the jewelry back to us so we can make it right.
