We guarantee our quality of workmanship and take responsibility for any structural defects due to manufacturing. Please note that our jewelry is hand finished, and differences between the renderings during design and the physical piece are expected and not considered manufacturing defects.
Sealed Platinum Remembrance Pod Guarantee
We guarantee your platinum remembrance pod will never break, and the contents will never leak or become exposed to outside elements. If your Platinum Remembrance Pod is in any way defective, we'll replace your jewelry for free.
All materials sourced to create your gorgeous jewelry are authentic and accurate to what's specified in your order.

Making a Claim
Should you have any issues with your cremation jewelry, you may return it for inspection. If we determine that the item is damaged due to manufacturer defect, we'll repair or replace your jewelry, free of charge.
