Requesting a Gemstone

Love one of our featured designs but don't see the gemstone of your choice? We're happy to accommodate requests, and our design fee is waived as this is a simple change. When choosing a gemstone, be sure to check where it falls on the hardness scale. The higher up the scale, the more durable the stone. Check with us if you're unsure.

Engraving and Personalization

Sometimes adding dates or messages of love can make our memorial jewelry that much more meaningful. Many of our designs can accommodate a short message, and we will create a rendering so you can see what it will look like, and make changes prior to production.

Sometimes, you don't see the piece that speaks to you. Memorial jewelry is too important to not look exactly as we'd like it to. After all, you will be wearing this for many, many years to come. That's where our custom services come in.

How to Begin Your Custom Memorial Jewelry Journey

First, you'll work one-on-one with a specialist, collaborating on ideas to uncover your perfect piece. We know how difficult even the most simple things feel in the aftermath of losing a loved one. Whether you have a specific design you love, or even if you're not sure where to start, we've got you. 

We're happy to collaborate on your custom memorial jewelry project via email, but encourage you to schedule a virtual meeting where we'll share pictures and examples to find exactly what you do (and don't!) want as part of your piece.

How much does it cost to create a custom piece?

We will happily discuss your project and ideas at no cost. We want you to feel like you can explore your ideas without committing to them, and get a sense of who we are before making your purchase. 

Once we have a firm direction, we'll provide a quote

Based on our collaboration, we'll give you a project cost prior to moving forward to make sure you're comfortable. Initial discussion with your specialist is complimentary, and design time will be included in your quote along with the cost of your piece.

Creating renderings of your custom memorial jewelry

Once the project direction and quote are approved, we move forward to creating renderings. These renderings will show a representation of your piece based on our discussion and inspirational photos and will allow you to make changes prior to production. Please note: while we're happy to discuss your custom design at length, we do require a non-refundable deposit to create renderings. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your piece.
