All shipping within the United States is free with your order. We send and insure all shipments through UPS and USPS to cover any possibly loss or damage, and final pieces are sent UPS Next Day Air and require a signature, which we will happily coordinate with you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship internationally at this time, but check back frequently as we are working hard to do so. Instructions are included in the introductory kit.
Due to the customized nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns. We do our very best to ensure your piece is of the highest quality at every stage of production. Once your jewelry is finished, it goes through several extensive quality control tests before being shipped. If your product is somehow damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to repair or replace your piece, as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
